Glanmire u 10B v Midleton 10B
Wednesday 7th of September we travelled to play Midleton u10 in the c/d semi final play off. This was always going to be a tough game for our young team and so it proved on the night. Midleton took control from the start and took their chances when they came their way. Midleton were well in control by half time.
In the Second half Glanmire managed to play a bit more football and with the game beyond us it was a great time to give playing time to our many subs, plenty of match practice and valuable football time to help in each individual’s development.
Playing well on the night were Katie Walsh, Aisling Desmond, Una McCarthy and Laura Scannell.
We now proudly take our place in the D Final against Lisgoold u10 on Oct 1st and all our girls are looking forward to playing in their first final.

Passage u10 Blitz
Last Saturday our u10 B team along with our u8 team travelled to Passage to take part in the annual Passage Blitz..
A brilliant day was had by all our girls and parents.Girls definitely left their mark with a superb display of football and did it with a great sense of fun..Well done girls,also we would like to thank The Coaches Damian,Dave,Steve and u10 Coaches Ger,Donal and the three Kevin’s for their valuable assistance and help.
Thanks to passage for having us again this year, it is a firm and favoured fixture in the Glanmire calendar every year. We are looking forward to next year already.
