Wednesday 4th April saw the u14 footballers take on  neighbours Bride Rovers in Glenville Gaa at 5:30 pm. In what was a great game of football on tough wet ground the WGH girls fought hard losing out by 5 points in the end. Great team work exhibited by the Hill. Well done girls. Next up in their league the u14s faced Erin’s Own at home in WGH in Thursday April 12th.  On the night both sides played competitively from the off, with great skill shown throughout the game. With Erin’s Own emerging victors the girls now looked forward to their final league game v St. Colmans on Friday April 20th at home in WGH.  The girls played on WGH pitch on a lovely sunny evening where some fine football was on display. With WGH winning strongly in the end this now concludes the u14 league fixtures. Well done to all involved.
