REPORT BY SHEILA
our u14’s were out tonight in league against glanmire at home under lights. Both teams had full panels and as always both looking forward to a very tough game of football. Glanmire started off very strong and got some great scores from play. It took our girls at least 10 to 15 mins to get really stuck in. Our goal keeper tonight Andrea Walsh was on fire from the start and  had some brilliant saves and kept us in the game right throughout the match. The half time score was Inchrvrs  1-1 to glanmire 8pts.
We knew we had still a very tough second half ahead of us.
But the girls took on board what we asked them to do to win this game and really started to play as a team and had some brilliant movements of football. There was great scores got from players  Caoifhion Barry, Emma landers Aimee  Morgan, Alicia Clariran & Amy Mc Carthy  (C ) tonight. But all girls across the team showed what potential and capability they have when the pressure is on. Glanmire never gave up and were in hard luck to getting scores but our backs kept the pressure on to clear the ball back up the field. In the dieing moment of the game we got a free, we had to score this pt to win the game. No pressure but was all on our free taker Caoifhion Barry tonight who took it very well  and brought the full time  score to Inchrvrs 2-5 to glanmire 10 pts.  Outstanding game of football from both sides.
On behalf of management well done tonight. We are out again this Coming Sunday@home the 26th at 12 against Erins Owns. Enjoy the rest of the mid term break ye deserve it from Management Sheila, Aine, Derry & Johnny.
