U16/Juniors Monday 8.00-9.00 Midleton FC Astro Starting Monday January 30th.
All players please bring Gumshield, Water and €2 to cover the cost of AstroTurf or Hall.
Note: It is Mandatory for all underage and Adult players to wear Gumshields.

U14 East Cork League Lisgoold/Leamlara vs St Nick’s.

On Sunday 29th of January our U14 team travelled to St Nick’s to play their first game of the East Cork League. Overall this was a great game with both teams giving it everything. Both goalkeepers pulled off some strong saves and with the aid of the back line cleared some great scoring opportunities. Lisgoold/Leamlara moved the ball well up and down the field creating space for each other and working hard in defence, midfield and attack. Since we returned to training in early January we have been working on the passing aspect of our game and it was clear to see today that this had paid off. We moved the ball quickly thus breaking down the St Nick’s back line on a few occasions. We would like to Thank St Nick’s for the game and also for hosting us as our pitch remains closed. Best of Luck to them for remainder of the league. Congratulations to our girls on their winning start to the season. FT Score St Nick’s 0-02 Lisgoold/Leamlara 5-06.

Fundraising Quiz

Our Annual Fundraising Quiz Sunday 19th February 5pm Woods Bar Lisgoold. Open to Adult and Children Teams. Adult Team of 4 €20 Child Team of 4 €12. Prizes for Winning Adult and Children Teams. Raffle also on the night. Quiz Master John Bresnihan.
