Aghada Ladies’ Football train with the stars tomorrow Saturday  

Tomorrow Saturday November 19th Aghada Ladies Football Club will host a training morning with All Ireland Cork Stars Roisín Phelan, Emma Farmer, Hannah Looney, Sorcha Phelan and Christine Moran. These five Aghada girls all have won All Ireland medals with Cork this year 2016.They have an intense programme including tips and tricks for all age groups with something for everybody.


The sessions are open to girls and boys from all clubs in Cork and are targeted between 8 and 14 but if you feel you could benefit by all means come and join us .

The basis for all sport is fitness and hopefully everyone will get something out of the training that they can work on over the winter months
Football is a recreational sport and should be enjoyed by everyone but sometimes it is taken far too seriously so come out and enjoy the day.
The weather forecast is cold and dry but some of the warm up sessions for the younger age groups may be inside.
Cost of the 3 hour programme is €10 per individual
Bring a friend along and join in the fun.
Light refreshments will be served but could all participants please bring a bottle of water with them for the training.

Registration in Aghada GAA Grounds in Rostellan from 9 30AM with Training from 10am to 1 pm
