On Sunday evening, the under 15 camogie team travelled to Ballynoe for the final of the Imokilly Summoner League. Their opponents on the day were neighbours, Castlelyons, who they had met and beaten in an earlier round of the league. Bride Rovers won this encounter too by a substantial margin, proving too strong for Castlelyons who battled valiantly to the end. Well done to Bride Rovers who played magnificently at every position. Their work rate, team effort and accuracy paid off and Katie Quirke, captain, accepted the trophy on behalf of the team. Well done also to Castlelyons for a sporting game.
