Carrigtwohill 2-13 Lisgoold 1-08
On a cold July evening Carrigtwohill and our good neighbours Lisgoold battled it out for a place in the final against Youghal. This was a tough contest where no quarter was asked or given. Lisgoold dominated the majority of the first half and where leading by five points at one stage. Late in the first half Carrigtwohill came into the game and got a few scores to narrow the deficit. In the second half Carrigtwohill exploded into action and ran out winners on a score line of 2-13 to 1-08.
