Inch Rovers Ladies’ Football Notes June 16

U12 NEWS

U 12 MATCH REPORT BY Tomas Goggin
Our under 12 girls were up early this morning to play Fermoy in St Colemans School Fermoy. We did not travel well as only 15 girls turned to play so every girl got to play ever minute of the game. We had a slow start but as time went by the girls gained confidence and we slowly pulled away from Fermoy. Some great scores at the start of the second meant we maintained the gap and we were able to move girls around and let players try new positions. The girls are improving in each game as county championship approaches. Fingers crossed we qualify and the girls continue the unbeaten in about 5 games now. Well done girls looking forward to Watergrasshill on Tuesday evening.
