The 2016 U-17 Development Academy All Ireland Blitz will take place on Tuesday, 16th August in the National GAA Development Centre, Abbotstown, Dublin.

Cork LGFA will again take part in the competition this year. Over the past 2 years, the players who took part in the Academy found it very beneficial.
Could all clubs inform players that are Under 17years about the U-17 Development Academy.
All U17 players, that is 17 years old before 1st January, 2016 are welcome with the exception of players involved with U-16 or Minor County panels who are not eligible.

Training will commence on next Wednesday June 15th in Redmonds GAA Grounds, Cork at 7:30pm and will continue every Wednesday until the All Ireland Blitz on 16th August.

This is a wonderful opportunity for your players to improve their skills by being exposed to training with inter county trainers. At the end of the training sessions, they will represent Cork in the National Blitz in Abbotstown.
