U-12 “A” team played their 9thleague game on Monday evening last against Delaney’s.
On a beautiful evening for football, Glanmire dominated the match from the off with a determined attitude. The team got a flying start with a goal and a number of points in the first few minutes and they never looked back. Some great skills were on display from all players in every position. All the hard work at training is now showing, with some super game skills on display. We had 21 players available for selection and each player had a part to play in this game. On the night the Glanmire girls were the more experienced team and went on to win the game. Well done to Delaney’s for playing their part in a very sporting game. The game was well refereed by Claire Murphy. We have two games remaining in our league programme and these games will be scheduled over the coming weeks.
