Hurley’s SuperValu Midleton Present Kits for Kids
On Tuesday evening last Hurley’s Supervalu Midleton presented new training equipment to East Cork Ladies Football clubs Aghada, Carrigtwohill, Cloyne, Inch Rovers, Lisgoold, Midleton & St Colman’s as part of their Kits for Kids scheme that ran nation wide earlier in the summer. Speaking at the presentation John Cremin (Hurley’s Supervalu Midleton) said that Hurley’s was once again delighted to be involved in the Kits for Kids scheme ran by SuperValu Ireland and hoped the new equipment would help the training of all age groups.
Barry Moran PRO of the East Cork Ladies Football Board thanked John and all at Hurley’s and SuperValu for including East Cork Ladies Football clubs and said the equipment would be put to good use by all. He said he was delighted that girls and boys benefit from the scheme as it is very important that all youngsters are given every help in their training and development for Ladies Football, Camogie & GAA. He asked all to continue to support Hurley’s Supervalu as the store was a great supporter of youth in East Cork
Eoin Cadogan Cork Intercounty star was on hand to make the presentations and was glowing in his praise for SuperValu and Hurley’s for the scheme. He said he realised how hard it was to raise funds and this equipment would lessen the burden some what on the clubs.
Well done and thanks to all the Mams and Dads, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and everybody who put their receipts in the various club boxes over the summer.
Thanks once again to SuperValu and John, Tommy, John and all the staff at Hurley’s Supervalu Midleton for their continued support and help with Ladies’ Football in East Cork.
