East Cork U 13 Development Programme Starts Wednesday 27th

U-13 Development programme for players born (2003 – 2004)
Inter County Player Pathway
This will commence on Wednesday next July 27th 2016 Time 6.30 – 7.45 pm
Please arrive by 6.15pm
The first session will take place in Fermoy in the grounds of St Colman’s (Pitch next to Loreto sports complex) and will move to other clubs over the course of the programme.
The core components of the programme are as follows:
1. Football
2. Speed and Agility
3. Core conditioning
There is no registration fee and the sessions are open to all.
Players are asked to bring €2 per session please.
There will be matches both inside and outside of our division as part of the preparation. .
The other counties in Munster are running similar programmes and we will all come together for a Munster inter county blitz at Mallow GAA complex in early October.
What you need to bring to training sessions
Gum shield, Gloves, Football Boots, and Water.

If possible please print off an application Form and fill it in and have it signed by a parent/ guardian as this will speed up the process.
Forms will be also available on the night.
There is no online registration.
This is a great chance for all eligible girls to train with experienced coaches and improve all their skills and ask all clubs in East Cork to give it their full support please.
