East Cork Ladies Football Results

We are well into October and thankfully the weather has been great for the last few weeks so lots of matches have been played and competitions concluded. Last weekend saw the U 14 “B” & “C” Championship Finals played with the “A” down for decision this weekend.
Well done and thanks to all teams for taking part and congratulations to teams on making the finals and a special congratulations to the victors.

Some results and fixtures

U10 “B” Final
The last of the U 10 finals was played in Watergrasshill over the weekend and
Fermoy just came out on top defeating Watergrasshill

U12 “A” Final ended in a draw between County “A” Champions Glanmire and County “B” Champions Inch Rovers .This shows that there is nothing between U 12 sides in the division. East Cork in fact took 3 of the 4 County Championships and contested the 4th county final this year well done to all.

U12 “B” Final Watergrasshill came out on top over Na Piarsaigh in another great game

U 12 “D”  Semi Final Carrigtwohill V Cobh in Carrigtwohill Saturday next @ 515 The winners will then play Glanmire “B” in the final and the Runners up will play Fermoy “B” in a plate final.

In The U 14 East Cork Championships

U14 “B” Final Fermoy defeated Youghal

U14 “C” Final Midleton were victorious over Cloyne in a super contest

U 14 “A” Semi Final Aghada overcame County “A” Champions Glanmire and now face County “B” Champions Rockbán on Saturday next in White church at 4 30 Best of luck to both teams.

The U 14 “D  St Colman’s defeated Lisgoold by a narrow margin and will play the winners of Fermoy B and Delaney’s in the final

U 16 “A” Final between Glanmire and Fermoy will be held in the Pike Glanmire on Monday next at 7 pm

In The U 16 “B” Semi Final Rockbán beat Watergrasshill and will play Inch Rovers in the Final

U 16 “C” Final Carrigtwohill V Na Piarsaigh on  Oct 24th in Carrigtwohill @3 pm

U 16 “D” Semi Final St Colman’s came out on top defeating Cobh and will now play Delaney’s on Saturday next at 3 pm in Shanagarry
