Bride Rovers Ladies Football and Camogie Club Notes
Week ending 1st March 2015
U6 andU8 Training:
Bride Rovers Club invite all U6 & U8 girls to Loreto Sports Hall,
Fermoy every Thursday night, 6pm to 7pm, for fun and games. Club
members and non-members are welcome. Cost €2 per child to cover some
of the cost of the hall.
U14 Football League:
Bride Rovers 1-4 Inch Rovers 6-15
On Sunday, the U14 footballers came up against very strong opposition
and, unfortunately, Bride Rovers were only able to field twelve
players on the day. Inch Rovers had a very comfortable win, our scores
coming from Talitha O’Neill (1-1), Lucy Hicks (0-2) and Caoimhe
Hazelwood (0-1).
Registration:
A reminder to all players and members that registration for 2015 is now overdue. Application forms are available from any of the teams’ secretaries. Training for the U10s and U12s commenced this week, and new players for any age group are always welcome.
The next ‘First Friday’ collection for old clothes, bags and shoes will be taken at the Community Centre on Friday the 6th of March from 7.30 to 8.00pm. All donations greatly appreciated .
