Under 14s
Our under14s played their second match last Saturday away, against Cloyne. The girls led at half time having put in an impressive display, weather conditions deteriorated in the second half and with the wind strengthening, we conceded 2 handy goals. It would have been easy for the girls to lose heart but they dug deep and showed us what they are made of… Really impressive all over the field, gelling very well as a team and an obvious improvement in fitness. The final score was 5-2 to 2-5, Lisgoold losing but have given great hope for a bright year ahead, Manager, Trainers and Girls should all be proud, especially considering the age span making up the panel, Well done all!
