Senior Football
Our seniors played Cork U16s in a practice match last Friday night in Pynes. This was the classic game of 2 halves as Cork U16s enjoyed a large lead at half-time having played with a strong wind. We rallied in the second half though and closed the gap appreciably.
Final score : Bride Rovers 6-8 Cork U-16’s 7-13
U10 Ladies Football
Bride Rovers u10 girls played a challenge football match against Mitchelstown in Pynes on Sat morn. It was a good exercise which will help in developing their skills for games ahead. Girls played a great match. Well done to all.
The next fixture is on Saturday, May 31st away to Na Piarsaigh.
The club’s ‘First Friday’ collection of old clothes and handbags takes place again on Friday, June 6th, 7 pm to 7:30 pm at Rathcormac Hall.
