Aghada Ladies Football April round up.

Good weather has finally arrived and with it the opportunity of playing some football. Training for all age groups continues every Monday from 6 30 to 8 and most Thursdays for the juniors. New members are always welcome so why not come and give it a go.

The U 10 league is well under way and Aghada have started with two great wins against Rockbán and Carrigtwohill hopefully another match next week.

Our U 12 team have played 5 league matches and have been successful in all so keep it up.

U 14 girls defeated St Coleman’s and Rockbán have one match left in the league against Bride Rovers and this is arranged for Rostellan for Monday May 13th so after a poor start we still have the opportunity of qualifying for the county so a big effort is required.

The U 16 girls recorded two outstanding wins in the last few weeks against Mayfield and Eirns Ówn and now also are down to their last match V Midleton .Hopefully this can be played before we stop for the Exams.
The Junior Ladies have been transformed this year and have qualified for the league semi final v Dripsey this is a marvellous achievement for this bunch of girls who have got better and better as the season progressed.
Congratulations
