FUNDAMENTALS COACHING COURSE

What is this course about?

This course is an introductory coaching programme. Coaches will look at:

• Importance of creating a positive environment for our players
• Importance of Fundamental Movement Skills & Injury Prevention
• Planning and implementing training programmes
• Introduction to the player pathway
• Create an awareness about making sessions more inclusive

Target Group:

• Any existing coach or anybody interested in getting involved in coaching Ladies Football
• Participants must be 16 years and over

Duration:

• 6 Hours in total (10am to 4pm)

• 8th February 2015
• Registration 9.45am
• Youghal GAA complex

Cost:

• €20. Non Refundable Deposit of €10 is required to confirm place on or before Sat 24th January
