Carrigtwohill|Eirn’s Own inflicted Midleton’s first league defeat of the current intermediate league campaign on Saturday night last (16th of April) . Played in very windy conditions the home team found it difficult to find their range but did lead 1-6 to 0-0 at half time. In the second half the girls carried the ball very well into the wind and went on to collect their first league points, Inch Rovers and Rochban are our next opponents.
