Junior Ladies Football. Upcoming fixture : Bride Rovers vs Glanworth, 7:30pm on Friday, June 15th at Rovers main pitch. U14 Ladies Football U14B County Championship Semi-Final, Mourneabbey, Sunday, June 10th Bride Rovers 1-11 Dromtarriffe 5-10 Our U14s suffered a disappointing defeat in the county semi-final last Sunday. The girls did their best in very difficult circumstances but our panel was also significantly weakened and this proved costly in the end. Condolences The club would like to offer its sympathies to the Parle family following their recent unexpected bereavement. U10 Ladies Football Bride Rovers 5-3 Cloyne 4-1 We emerged winners again last Saturday after all girls played well throughout the game. Ella as always reliable between the posts while Rebecca Hill scored her first point. Shauna passed to Ciara who slotted home a goal. Caoimhe O’Sullivan was solid at the back while Alice and Megan were chasing everything in the forward line. Chloe scored 2 goals Naoise passing to her for one of the goals. Caoimhe Kielty showed some great skill in defending while Kate and Abbey were passing the ball well. Rebecca Howe and Aoife Lomasney were working hard in the middle of the field. Cloyne scored 4-1 throughout the second half but we attacked with Fleur scoring a goal Aoife Cowman scoring 1-1 Sophie scoring 1-1 and a great point from Alanna Well done girls.
