As decided, the Board agreed that the date and time for the Annual General Meeting will be 24th November at 8 pm on Zoom. Invitations will be issued to all clubs directly.


The Board positions for election are –
1.Chairperson.

2.Vice Chairperson

3.Secretary.

4.Assistant  Secretary

5.Treasurer

6.Assistant Treasurer

7.Fixtures Secretary

8.Fixtures Committee – Members 10 number ( suggestion – each member  might manage a particular age group or groups )

9.Public Relations Officer. ( PRO )

10.Assistant PRO

11. Development Officer

12. Assistant Development Officer.

It was also decided that Nominations for Election and Motions should be received no later than 17th November 2021 and sent to The Secretary at ecbsec@gmail.com
